What we collect

Your email, country, time zone, shop type, current tools, optional shop name, and the time and version of your consent. Please do not submit customer information, invoices, financial records or other sensitive information.

How we use it

To acknowledge your request, assess fit for this small pilot and follow up by email. Your request is not a purchase and does not subscribe you to marketing. We do not sell this information or use it to train AI models.

Storage and service providers

Requests are stored in Cloudflare D1. Cloudflare operates this site and its security infrastructure. Transactional email is handled by Resend and your mailbox provider. These services may process information internationally. No advertising pixels, third-party analytics or session recordings are installed on this page.

Retention and withdrawal

Requests expire after 90 days and are deleted by an automated cleanup. Use the private withdrawal link in your confirmation email to delete a request sooner and stop pilot follow-up. Email delivery records and copies in your own inbox may remain under the respective provider’s retention rules. You can also email us to request access, correction or deletion.

Abuse prevention

We keep a short-lived hash derived from your connection address to limit automated submissions; these counters expire within one day. Confirmation sends are capped. The host may keep its normal security logs.

Questions or a delayed email?

Check your spam folder. If the confirmation is delayed, your form result will say so. Contact flower@cloudmoldhq.com with your request reference.
